New Horizons Corporation offers four main programs for adults with developmental disabilities in Middle Tennessee:
- A production center where service recipients are trained to perform supervised work for which they earn wages

Community-based employment in which service recipients perform supervised on-site tasks under contract.

Group homes, where service recipients are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Assisted living programs, in which service recipients live with companions who coach them in a more independent setting.
